GumGear makes custom-fit mouthguards and protective mouthpieces without a dentist visit. You take a dental impression at home with a kit we send you, we scan it, and your guard is made over a cast of that exact impression — not softened in hot water and bitten down, not guessed from a size chart.
Every guard is made in-house in Rochester, Minnesota. Sport and Party guards are pressure-laminated multi-layer EVA; the Scuba Guard is medical-grade silicone. Standard orders arrive in about 10–14 days, and every fit is backed by a 30-day guarantee.
