Shipping Policy

How GumGear ships

A complete GumGear order has two legs because each guard is made to order from your dental impression:

  1. We ship you an impression kit — typically within 1–3 business days of order placement.
  2. You return the impression — using the prepaid return label included in the kit (US orders) or the instructions for international orders (see below).
  3. We manufacture and ship your finished guard — typically within 10–14 business days of receiving your impression.

Total turnaround: 14–21 days from order placement to guard in hand, depending on how quickly you return your impression and where you live.

Carriers and tracking

We use [OUTBOUND_CARRIER — e.g., USPS Priority] for impression kits and [OUTBOUND_CARRIER] for finished guards within the US. Tracking numbers are emailed when each leg ships.

International orders use [INTERNATIONAL_CARRIER]. Customs delays are outside our control.

Standard US shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.

International shipping

Our primary market is the United States. We also fulfill international orders on request — particularly to the Middle East, Europe, and other regions where we have an existing customer base.

To order from outside the US, email support@gumgear.com with your country and we will quote shipping. International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

For international orders, the impression-return leg is at the customer's expense unless otherwise noted.

Shipping address changes

Once an order is placed, contact us at support@gumgear.com within 24 hours to update the shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes once a label is printed.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If a tracked shipment does not arrive within the expected window, email support@gumgear.com with your order number. We will open a carrier trace and reship if the package is confirmed lost. See our Refund & Fit Guarantee for the full process.

PO boxes, APO/FPO, and remote addresses

We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses; transit times may be longer.
